We are the missing piece in the inclusion conversation.
Our online education platform is designed for those who want to engage with disability and inclusion—but don't know where to start. While conversations about disability have been happening for years, the biggest challenge remains: closing the gap between awareness and action.
A decade ago, this video aimed to start the conversation:
The issue remains—many organizations and individuals still struggle to understand which gaps to address or how to begin taking meaningful steps toward employing, retaining, and working with disability, diversity and inclusion.
The practice of creating environments where any individual or group can be and feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued.
The presence of differences that include race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, or other ideologies.
A physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities. This can include a wide range of conditions, from mobility impairments to cognitive challenges.
We provide the crucial step that enables you to engage with all these definitions effectively.
We can assist you with compliance, funding, retention, training and consultancy.
By learning from people with lived experience and industry expertise, we ensure peak self-development for individuals and organisations, empowering them to foster real inclusion.
At Inclusive Workforce Solutions, we believe in changing the world—one conversation at a time.
True inclusion begins with understanding the people who make up our workforce. We are all different, and many of us live with disabilities. To empower, retain, and support employees, organizations must ask a simple yet vital question:
"What does my employee need?"
This question isn't just theoretical—it's personal. While mentoring Brendon Woolf, I asked this very question, and the answer became the foundation of Inclusive Workforce Solutions.
By helping organizations embrace meaningful conversations and take action, we drive lasting change in workplaces worldwide.
At Inclusive Workforce Solutions, our journey started with a simple conversation.
I asked my friend, "Brendon, what do you want to achieve in the workplace?"
He replied, "I want to improve my ability to do my job."
For the next 3-6 months, I made it my mission to support him in achieving that goal. I became the person who would listen, understand, and take action.
He needed a headset—I got it for him.
He needed a to-do list—I created one for him.
He needed more flexibility to work from home—I made it happen.
And the result? I watched Brendon grow, thrive, and reach his potential.
That experience led me to ask: "If one conversation could create this kind of transformation, how many others could benefit from the same support?"
After I became his mentor, Brendon became mine.
One day at work, Brendon asked for a car.
The thing is—he wasn't really asking for a car.
He was asking for accessibility, choice, control, and freedom—things so many of us take for granted.
At Inclusive Workforce Solutions, we help you hear your employees, your friends, your mentors. Because when people feel heard, they feel valued.
It is one conversation. One workshop. One event. To retain your employees.
That's how Inclusive Workforce Solutions was born.
We exist to start the conversation and close the gap—helping organizations and individuals build truly inclusive workplaces where people with disabilities can succeed.
