Inclusion

The practice of creating environments where any individual or group can be and feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued.

Diversity

The presence of differences that include race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, or other ideologies.

Disability

A physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities. This can include a wide range of conditions, from mobility impairments to cognitive challenges.

We provide the crucial step that enables you to engage with all these definitions effectively.

Our mission is to make the world more inclusive, starting with workplaces.

We provide:

  • Online training
  • Online coaching
  • Online Webinars
  • Online internal auditing

To individuals and businesses.

Do you know how to create an inclusive environment for a person with a disability who also comes from a diverse background?

We do.

We are the missing step.

We can assist you with compliance, funding, retention, training and consultancy.

By learning from people with lived experience and industry expertise, we ensure peak self-development for individuals and organisations, empowering them to foster real inclusion.

Our Story

At Inclusive Workforce Solutions, our journey started with a simple conversation.

I asked my friend, "Brendon, what do you want to achieve in the workplace?"

He replied, "I want to improve my ability to do my job."

Inclusive Workforce Solutions journey - Creating accessible workplaces in Queensland

The Beginning

For the next 3-6 months, I made it my mission to support him in achieving that goal. I became the person who would listen, understand, and take action.

He needed a headset—I got it for him.

He needed a to-do list—I created one for him.

He needed more flexibility to work from home—I made it happen.

The Transformation

And the result? I watched Brendon grow, thrive, and reach his potential.

That experience led me to ask: "If one conversation could create this kind of transformation, how many others could benefit from the same support?"

After I became his mentor, Brendon became mine.

One day at work, Brendon asked for a car.

The thing is—he wasn't really asking for a car.

He was asking for accessibility, choice, control, and freedom—things so many of us take for granted.

At Inclusive Workforce Solutions, we help you hear your employees, your friends, your mentors. Because when people feel heard, they feel valued.

How Inclusive Workforce Solutions (IWS) Is Different From a DES Provider

What is a DES Provider?
  • Disability Employment Services (DES) is a government-funded program that helps people with disability, injury, or health conditions find and keep a job.
  • DES providers are funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) and are required to meet specific targets based on job placements (e.g. staying in a job for 13 or 26 weeks).
What We Do – Inclusive Workforce Solutions
  • We help individuals find jobs they truly want, based on their personal goals and interests.
  • We advocate directly with employers, including contacting a client's dream employer to explore potential opportunities—we find what the client wants, not what's just available.
  • We provide personalised 1:1 coaching that builds confidence, work readiness, and long-term success.
  • We help individuals understand their employment contracts, workplace expectations, and pay entitlements.
  • We ensure workplaces are equipped to offer the reasonable adjustments and support needed for the individual to thrive.
  • We deliver all services online—making them flexible, accessible, and tailored to each person.
  • We also support businesses through inclusion training and internal audits (NDIS & ISO 9001), helping them become inclusive and compliant.
  • We are funded through NDIS plans (self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed), or private payments.
  • We focus on inclusion first—not just ticking employment boxes.
